Olympic fever

Are you watching? I've been rushed off my feet this weekend and only had time to see some of the swimming in the evening. However I did love the brilliant, quirky and fun opening ceremony orchestrated by Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire) - watching it in bed I can honestly say I have never felt so patriotic. Bravo Danny!

What's grabbed my attention so far?

• Photos of Team GB as you've never seen them before. 
• Lizzie Armitstead's silver medal shows you can be vegetarian and an Olympian. 
• Well what do you think of China's 16 year old teenage girl, Ye Shiwen's Gold medal? She swam faster than American  male superstar Ryan Lochte. Superhuman natural talent or a a dose of chemicals in her morning congee? Hmmmm
